What is the best way to contact us?

The best way to contact us would be through WhatsApp using the number above as this is will get you the quickest response. Next best point of contact would be on Facebook through our business page @cheekytreats as this is also closely monitored. Other ways to contact us is through our email and Instagram but these are not as closely monitored so there will be slower response this way.

Where are you based?

I'm a one-woman show, passionately baking delightful treats from the comfort of my home in the small village of Ruabon, Wrexham, North Wales.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. 
As a small business, every baked good is meticulously crafted with care and attention. Therefore, we kindly request that cancellations or order modifications be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. 
All deposits paid are non-refundable even if cancellation is made within designated timeframe. For any orders that have been paid partially or in full, we will issue a refund for those payments if cancellation is made within designated timeframe. 
However, any cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund due to the preparation and commitment involved in creating each order.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a suitable resolution.We greatly appreciate your understanding and support as a small business. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a delightful experience with every order.

Do you do delivery or pickup?

The short answer is both!
As a small business we do a pick up from our address in Ruabon, Wrexham for those willing to travel.
We do offer delivery locally in the evenings or weekends, there is a £3 charge for delivery within Wrexham. Please contact us in advance for this option.
Anything ordered via our website is delivered via Royal Mail. Our postage days are a Wednesday and Friday.
We update our Facebook regularly to check for updates there.

Do you accommodate for special dietary requirements?

This is something you should always contact us about prior to ordering. If we're unable to accommodate certain dietary requirements, we prioritise honesty and the well-being of our customers. While we strive to cater to various dietary needs, there might be instances where we can't guarantee a product that meets specific restrictions due to the nature of our baking process or ingredient limitations. In such cases, we'll always be upfront about our capabilities to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We're more than happy to discuss any concerns and guide you to the best available options or alternatives.

Do you cater for large parties or events?

Though we're a small-scale business, we're thrilled to cater to large events and special occasions. To ensure we deliver the same level of excellence and attention to detail that characterises our treats, we kindly request ample notice for larger orders or events. Our commitment to crafting each delight with care and precision necessitates sufficient lead time. Please reach out to us well in advance to discuss your event needs, and we'll do our utmost to create a delightful array of treats that will make your occasion extra special.
